Cultural and educational association rooted in the vision of fostering regeneration at personal, social, and ecological levels.
When we nurture ecosystems, we nurture ourselves; when we support individual transformation, we strengthen our communities.
We believe in interdependence as a vital principle: when we nurture the health of ecosystems, we also strengthen social resilience and individual wellbeing.
We integrate embodied practices, expressive arts, sustainability, and non-formal education to cultivate resilience, creativity, and wellbeing.
We design transformative learning experiences that foster creativity, participation, and embodied action.
Transdisciplinarity
dynamic dialogue that inspires new perspectives
Expressive Arts
creativity as a pathway for exploration, resilience, and transformation
Embodiment
somatic awareness as a resource for reconnection and restoration
Participatory Methods
a gateway to collective intelligence encouraging active participation, co-creation, and dialogue
non-formal Education
learning as an experiential, interactive, and accessible experience.
Systemic Regeneration
co-creating practices that regenerate social, cultural, and ecological life.
Projects
Our projects grow from diversity and collaboration, connecting people, cultures, and territories through creativity, care, and innovation. We develop educational programs for institutions and youth workers, European collaborations, and embodiment & creative labs that foster resilience and transformation. Alongside these experiences, we create resources and publications that support facilitators, educators, and communities in cultivating regenerative practices.
