Mikaela Estrada
Graduate in psychology specialising in Somatic Experiencing and Integrative Natural Gynaecology. She offers individual coaching and group workshops that explore the mind-body connection and nervous system regulation.
Raquel Gironés Llop
Trainer and researcher interested in socio-environmental justice. She designs educational projects that integrate regenerative thinking, embodied practices, and nature-based learning. Graduated in Socio-Cultural Anthropology, and current student of Master’s Degree in Biodiversity Conservation.
Paula-Mihaela Nita
She designs and implements training processes that integrate the body, creativity and deep listening, from a regenerative and expressive approach. She specialises in therapeutic theatre and has a Master’s degree in Trauma, Embodiment and Expressive Arts.
Julia Stollenwerk
Trainer and project coordinator with a passion for non-formal education and community building. She designs and implements educational programmes with a strong focus on sustainability, intercultural learning and creative expression. She holds a Master’s degree in cultural anthropology and is a trained facilitator of the Theatre of the Oppressed.
