This training course explored the interconnection between systemic regeneration and integrative health, bringing together two key concepts for the understanding of the regenerative processes of ecosystems, communities and individuals:
Resilience and Regulation.
Designed as a transdisciplinary, collective and participative experience, the project invited youth workers to explore the topics through non-formal education, ecosomatics and expressive arts activities. The training coursed aimed for participants to:
1. Explore diverse ecosomatic practices to deepen their connection with their inner nature, address eco-anxiety, and cultivate a grounded, embodied approach to sustainable development.
2. Acquire tools with a regenerative approach to empower their efforts in nurturing communities, supporting individuals, and restoring habitats.
3. Enhance their capacity and knowledge in emotional regulation through tools from expressive arts and somatic practices, enabling them to integrate this vital aspect into your work.
4. Promote physical practices focused on maintaining health, vitality and body awareness.
