Symbiotic Roots is a transdisciplinary association that develops projects and programmes to foster regeneration in communities, ecosystems, and individuals. Through education, art, and participatory facilitation, we create spaces and tools that empower people to grow, connect, and drive meaningful change.
MEET THE TEAM
Our team has expertise in designing learning experiences, project coordination, workshop facilitation and creative communication.
Mikaela Estrada
Graduate in psychology specialising in Somatic Experiencing and Integrative Natural Gynaecology. She offers individual coaching and group workshops that explore the mind-body connection and nervous system regulation.
Raquel Gironés Llop
Graduate in Social and Cultural Anthropology and certified yoga teacher. She combines artistic and expressive exploration with social sciences and education. She facilitates physical practices based on interaction with the environment and regeneration.
Paula-Mihaela Nita
She designs and implements training processes that integrate the body, creativity and deep listening, from a regenerative and expressive approach. She specialises in therapeutic theatre and has a Master’s degree in Trauma, Embodiment and Expressive Arts.
Julia Stollenwerk
Trainer and project coordinator with a passion for non-formal education and community building. She designs and implements educational programmes with a strong focus on sustainability, intercultural learning and creative expression. She holds a Master’s degree in cultural anthropology and is a trained facilitator of the Theatre of the Oppressed.
