Testimonials

This experience has been extremely valuable for my personal and professional practice. I gained tools to improve team coordination and create safer spaces for my students. I especially appreciated the work on the nervous system for its practical approach, as well as non-violent communication and body expression as tools to connect with myself and others. The movement activities were also very enriching.

I was deeply impressed by the value of exploring a single topic through such diverse creative methodologies and arts: movement, theatre, imagery, dance, drawing, sculpture, writing… It was fascinating to approach difficult subjects, such as bullying and other forms of violence, through creative writing and movement exercises. The richness that emerges when we share and build strategies together -for example, to regulate the nervous system- is simply incredible. I left with a strong desire to continue building a community network!

The overall content of the program was well-designed and effective. The training provided not only practical methods but also the mindset and sensitivity needed to apply them effectively. Approaches like social theater, expressive arts, and authentic movement can create safe and creative spaces for young people to explore their emotions, build trust, and express themselves freely.
